This Terms of Use Agreement describes the terms and conditions (collectively, the Terms) under which Felicity Weston and/or ookushana LTD (collectively, ookushana LTD) offers you access to content and services under Pilgrimage Of The Womb and all ceremonies lead by Felicity Weston and the ookushana Team (collectively, the Services).
Please read those terms and conditions carefully as they constitute a legal agreement between you (client) and ookushana LTD.
By accessing and using the services, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms; and
- You are accepting these Terms.
Tolerance & Respect Statement Content
The Services, including any information, text, image, video, artwork, audio, trademark, logo, and/or other content provided on, in or through the Services (including Fundamentals of Holistic Healing Training, and any connected or additional services you receive through ookushana LTD) are owned by ookushana LTD.
If you agree to these Terms, then ookushana LTD grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Services and download, print and/or copy ookushana LTD content solely for your own use and subject to these Terms.
Nothing contained in these services should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right in and to ookushana LTD logo or service marks, or other Intellectual Property embodied in the Services.
Unauthorised use of any marks, content or IP may violate law and automatically terminate your authorised use of the Services. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by ookushana LTD.
Unless Felicity Weston (or a member of ookushana LTD) provides you with written authorisation to do so, you may not:
- Incorporate any of ookushana LTD content into any of your own work, website, or social media accounts, or use ookushana LTD in any public or commercial manner;
- Change any of the notices about copyright, trademarks or other IP rights that may be part of ookushana LTD content; or
- “Deep link” to any of the services (i.e. link to any page other than the home page or listing for any of ookushana LTD services.)
Links to external websites provided within ookushana web pages, content or voiced by Felicity or one of the ookushana team may not have been reviewed.
ookushana LTD does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to the Services you do so entirely at your own risk.
Warranty
The Services provided are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of IP.
Felicity Weston and ookushana LTD further do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Services.
ookushana LTD (including Felicity Weston and any team members) may make changes to the Services and prices described in them, at any time without notice.
You are using the Services at your own risk.
ookushana LTD content is NOT medical or professional advice
You recognise that Felicity Weston (and all ookushana LTD team members) are not licensed healthcare professionals (medical doctors, psychiatrists or otherwise), do not provide any medical advice and do not claim to be able to help with any medical or psychological conditions.

By reading the Terms, you acknowledge that you are not aware of any underlying medical conditions in relation to the Services and that you are using the Services at your own risk.
Payments
By reading the Terms you agree to make all payments as stated in the description of the Services and any chosen and outlined payment plan - whether written or verbal, as agreed with Felicity Weston.
You are aware that there is a no refund policy for any of the services.
Commitment & Certificates
You agree that it is your total responsibility to commit to the course and its content, and ookushana LTD is in no way liable for any disappointments due to lack of commitment or otherwise.
In order to receive a certificate of completion for CPD (within courses applicable) then please note that this can only be obtained by taking part in all sessions (and/or catching up with recordings where agreed by Felicity Weston) and by completing the full extent of sessions, homework and coursework - including all requested additional formal documents to hand in.
Kindness & Tolerance
In reading this document you agree to the kind and tolerant treatment of your fellow students, teachers and sisters. You understand that unkindness, competition, and any other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. You are aware that at any point if you are not committing to the guidelines and terms stated here then Felicity Weston will be allowed to terminate your access to the Services with no refund.
If you do not agree to any one of these Terms & Conditions you are liable to inform Felicity/ookushana and/or remove yourself from the course.
If you choose to continue with the course we assume absolute agreement to all Terms & Conditions.
