"I have been a Lightworker in service, and continuously evolving for a decade, and my journey has been slow and organic.
I’m truly grateful that nothing has come easy for me, as it has gifted me so much wisdom along the way.
There were many moments at the beginning of my journey when I wondered if I could make my heart's vision work as a business, and if I was actually good enough.
I didn’t truly believe in the power I have, and relied heavily on acknowledgement and confirmation from others.
When I was doubted by others, it broke me - because it felt to confirm my own self-doubt.
I am so very grateful I journeyed through those moments with courage to continue, and to be where I am now.
Still a student, still growing - but there’s a trust I’ve never had before, and I am confident in spaces I NEVER thought I would be.
During 2021, I was called to start sharing 1-2-1 mentoring to support fellow Lightworkers with their growth - both with spiritual gifts and in business - and observed MANY similarities in the wounds, blocks and needs of the lightworker.
It breaks my heart to witness so many incredibly gifted Lightworkers struggling, and I understand why Spirit has called upon me to share this offering.
We are at a crucial turning point collectively, and this planet needs as many Lightworkers as possible IN their power, and serving - not hiding or playing small.
I have been working with multiple mentors and business coaches to support my own continued uplevelling, and I want to share all that I’ve learned with you - but in a way that will LAND for the lightworker mind and soul.
Because, I’ll be honest - business coaching can feel pretty repellant for the average lightworker.
But I have found the sweet spot - the gentle fierceness required to force lightworkers to action, without it feeling soul-destroying.
It is extremely powerful to “know” what to do to create more impact, but if the blocks (wounds and fears) are in the way of actually doing the things we know we need to do, it is almost pointless knowing!
We stay stuck.
This is where most business coaching alone falls short for Lightworkers.
We cannot force our way through deep wounds and blocks - they need to be met, continuously… embraced and healed.
We must keep meeting these glass ceilings we create and blasting through them!
