Women In WEalth is a transformational online journey and community for women ready to:

This is an immersive healing, educational & embodied journey within the field of money, wealth and sovereign power - with the intention to dissolve falsities and integrate a deeper truth to support a financial revolution while the systems we've known are slowly decaying.
ALL women are welcome - whether you have debt or you have millions in the bank, and anything in between. This journey is about meeting collective wounds and beliefs, and consciously rebuilding and growing together - with our ancestral legacy in mind and humanity in heart.

Part 1:
Remembering
- The Descent into Truth
Before we build, we heal and restore safety.
1. Opening Ceremony: Why We Are Here (with Felicity Weston)
This is your opportunity to truly anchor into your deeper and wider intention - with clarity and energetic coherence. Before you heal or build, you will ground into why this work matters, both personally and collectively - and why especially now. This is a whole ceremony devoted to your WHY - because your why is part of the healing.
2. Excavating The Psyche (with Felicity Weston)
This is a live Journaling Alchemy Journey held in a contained ceremony - with the intention to bring the unconscious to the conscious - welcoming your money imprints and inherited beliefs into awareness so what has been shaping your financial reality (and beyond) can be truly seen and transformed.
3. Money Trauma & Nervous System Healing (with Alice McCready)
In this workshop, you will gain understanding of your relationship to money within the context of trauma that gets held in your body, nervous system and mind.
You will explore how to start discharging the historic trauma you hold around money so you can create a new, calm and mature relationship with money and successfully integrate the practical tools we will learn within this wider journey.
Without healing your money trauma you will always be held hostage by your previous coping mechanisms and familial patterning.
You will be guided through plenty of practices that can be transferred to your daily life to ensure you carry your renewed relationship with money forward.
4. Money Shadow Alchemy (with Felicity Weston)
This session is a deepening of your excavation and an exploration into the shadow of money. You will descend into the underworld of scarcity, shame and fear AND integrate the high tower of wealth identity, and all that lies between. The intention is to illuminate what lies in the darkness - journeying with both soma and psyche, to support integration and liberation - leading you towards reclaiming sovereign wholeness around money and power. Felicity will be sharing a powerful light language transmission supported by her spirit allies to clear your (and our) energetic field of falsities and energetic incoherence.
5. Holding Circle
A space to process through being seen, heard and held. Tuning into the groups needs and the medicine of the moment.
6. Healing Beyond The I: The Wounds Of Your Ancestral Lineage (with Felicity Weston)
During this ceremony, you will hold space for your personal ancestral lineage stories, wounds, traumas and burdens - with the intention to lighten the load for your ancestors who never got a chance to heal.
This is about honour and reverence, and stepping into the seat of family witch - to transmute for your bloodlines.
You will be journeying with non-psychedelic plant medicine and working with the element of fire, as we process through our soma and senses.
Here, you truly welcome yourself as who you came to be for your bloodlines.
7. Healing Beyond The I: The Collective & Systemic Ancestral Wounding (with Felicity Weston)
A second ancestral healing ceremony to hold space for and process our collective and inherited wounds and the patterns of inequality, survival, colonisation and extraction. The intention is to come together to acknowledge and support the transmutation of collective burdens that still reverberate through our world - in the name of freedom for all.
This is about choosing to hold space for the impact of our ancestors, and bravely choose to take responsibility and ownership.

8. Holding Circle
A space to process through being seen, heard and held.
Again, we trust the medicine of the moment - holding space for the needs of our sisterhood.
9. Healing Patriarchal Conditioning & The Witch Wound & Reclaiming Power As A Woman (with Georgiana - Kind Matters)
In this immersive session, Georgiana will guide her Spiral and Trance embodiment journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner witch, the intuitive, sovereign, powerful part that is no longer willing to be suppressed.
Together, we will explore how the witch wound and transgenerational trauma still live in our nervous systems, and how toxic masculinity, also known as patriarchal structures, continues to subtly and overtly shape even the most intelligent, free, and connected women.
Through this practice, you will release inherited fear, reclaim your power, and open the conversation around calling men in and up with us rather than playing the blame game.
Because money in the hands of good-hearted people, especially women, is going to change the fucking world.
This is a reclamation of power - with money as the transmitter of power.

This journey is dedicated to healing the distortions you (and we) carry around receiving, and coming into right relationship by remembering and honouring the flow of nature. Our intention is to restore wealth as a reciprocal and relational exchange.
You can expect elemental alchemy, ritual, breath and movement - supported by the Spirit of Cacao & Intentional Ceremony.

The intention of this session is to demystify trading and explore it as a disciplined financial skill rooted in emotional regulation, strategy and responsibility - rather than impulse or speculation.
This session clarifies what trading is, what it is not, and whether it aligns with your personal financial philosophy. You will learn about market structure, patterns and trends, and how to read charts, - and together, we will explore building wealth inside perfect systems with integrity.
Veda brings an honest, experience-driven perspective that helps beginners approach trading with structure, patience, and realistic expectations. Veda brings a more conscious, feminine and gentle approach to the trading world and within one's own process with it - for greater, calmer success.
15. Live Action Wealth Lab
To translate knowledge into embodied action. This is where your healing and learning becomes embodied and lived.
With support and accountability you take practical financial steps - whether opening accounts, reviewing structures, or making aligned moves - allowing choice and action to replace hesitation and uncertainty.
Ethical Wealth & System Navigation (BONUS MATERIAL - integrated within 15, 16 & 17)
To develop a grounded, values-led framework for building wealth within complex financial systems - without collapsing into guilt, avoidance or unconscious participation.

16. Wealth Capacity & Expanding Upper Limits (with Felicity Weston)
A devotional journey with psyche & soma - in ceremony - to expand our nervous system capacity to hold visibility, responsibility and financial growth without contraction or self-sabotage.
We will tune in deeply with the body, as we welcome ourselves to meet our true limitless capacity. We will meet internal strength and life-force that has lay dormant, as we breathe with intention and anchor in a new baseline.
17. Contraction Capacity (with Felicity Weston)
Most money and wealth programmes will teach you how to expand your capacity and develop your relationship with receiving - fewer will guide you into right relationship with the very real cycles and nature of life - that will inevitably bring seasons and eras of contraction and seeming loss.
This ceremony is an opportunity to reconnect with nature herself - to evoke our innate wisdom of life and cycles, and to explore practices to support us in the seeming slumps and contractions - of life and business. I will be sharing from experience and observation, and supporting you to integrate your own experiences to develop a deeper trust - not in "I will keep growing and expanding", but rather - "I trust I am always supported. I trust in the pauses. I trust in the contraction JUST as much as the expansion."
This is where wealth becomes truly sustainable, and power becomes embodied, and trust becomes anchored faith in the process.
18. Integrating & Anchoring The WEalthy Woman (with Felicity Weston)
Honouring the journey this far with an integration ceremony - anchoring the WEalthy Woman - which is not to become a new identity, but rather a limitless capacity to embody.
This will be a journey of learning from leaders in their field, while simultaneously putting what you learn into action: Building solid foundations, moving money and taking action from integrated healing.
PART 3:
Reweaving

Financial sovereignty is not the end goal. It is the stabilising force that allows greater contribution. Feel those words.
Inside a collaborative mastermind space: Teachers and students will come together to form The Wealth Circle, to:

Please note: you will be required to have completed parts 1 and 2 in order to join this year long mastermind. This is not in an effort to exclude anyone but rather to encourage and incentivise your devotion to the journey. In essence, I want you to get the most out of this journey and that will require joining the lives wherever possible and flowing with the group!

Cat -
Cat Meffan, founder of the Soul Sanctuary and content creator, is more than your average yoga teacher. With 1300 hours of qualifications, she has expertise as a yoga teacher, movement specialist, sound healer, breathwork coach and transformational retreat facilitator. These have collectively enabled her to share her passion for health, movement and exploration of the mind, body & soul on a global scale.
She has taught internationally and worked with household name brands including
Adidas, Apple, The Body Shop, Hyundai, Free People and Vivobarefoot. Through the growth of her YouTube channel and Instagram, Cat has shared very openly about her own struggles with mental health.
